Ms. Rubin earned a Master's Degree in Social Work in 1987, and became
licensed in 1989. Since 1982, Ms. Rubin has worked with senior citizens, beginning case management over a dozen years ago.
She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, National Association of Social Workers, Social Workers in Aging Practice and Society for Social Work Leadership in Health Care.
