We are available to see clients at night or on the weekend when more caregivers would have the time to ask questions and be an important part of the assessment. Based on this assessment, we can provide our clients with a variety of services. We can: Visit the client in their home environment to assess their needs for services. Escort to medical and non-medical appointments, assistance with grocery and other shopping, and in-home assistance for daily living needs. Arrange for and monitor other needed services from a network of qualified providers. Act as a liaison between the client and both local and out-of-town family members. Assist with moving the client from their residence to a personal care home, nursing home, or retirement complex. Offer emotional support to caregivers. Provide referrals to support groups and therapists.
